Domestic violence awareness month

The month of October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a very important time of the year for our organization. We are very excited to announce a number of special events and would like to invite you to participate and join us in promoting awareness and action.

Throughout the month of October, we will be accepting monetary donations as well as

new and gently used coats and new socks, gloves, hats and scarves for our annual coat drive. If you would like to donate, please contact us to arrange pick up or drop off. We thank you for partnering with us in any way you can to help build a safer community!

Together, we can bring joy to families in need this holiday season.

Each year, we give back to the community, through our adopt-a-family event. Families in need are sponsored by donors who want to help make this holiday special. Every dollar you donate will go directly to one family: $200 will provide a family of four with a wonderful holiday!

We know that life can be hard for families who do not have enough money for their children's basic needs at Christmas. We want to give them some hope this season by sponsoring them so they can celebrate with their loved ones.
